Was added way back with the original behat.yml, and then forgotten about

[CWPBUG-121] ENHANCEMENT: Removed index.php

This includes an appropriate redirection rule which successfully redirects only requests to the root index.php file.

Tested in both subdirectory environments (http://localhost/mytest) and top level domains (http://www.mytest.com).

Avoids detecting index.php tokens in other parts of the url (such as subdirectories or querystring).

It wouldn't hurt to test this in another environment prior to merging.

Use RewriteRule instead to take in account any subfolder via RewriteBase. Deny ss-cache and composer via RewriteRule too.
